Wonderful Art Deco Alabaster and gilt bronze three-light chandelier, France, Paris, 1910-1920.
Large alabaster dome supported by a gilt bronze frame suspended by three gilt bronze chains connecting to a gilt bronze ceiling rosette. Inside of the dome three brass and porcelain light sockets for three Edison E27/E26 screw bulbs, providing a warm and pleasant light. LED bulbs can also eb used.
Condition: This chandelier is in fine antique condition, gilt bronze well preserved with beautiful aged patina, alabaster bowl with tipical signs of wear and aging, an inclusion on the alabaster, which has been professionally restored looking like one of the alabaster veins - please also see detailed pictures. In full working order, wire cord had been replaced.
Height: 30" / 76 cm, adjustable height by extending or shortning the three chains
