About the Item
A French Art Deco chandelier by the French artist " Atelier Petitot " in excellent condition. Shades are in clear frosted glass with overflowing intricate pomegranate motif details. Each shade is marked PETITOT FRANCE. Supported by matching layered multi-tiered, geometric design bronze frame. The fixture was re-plated in nickel and rewired to U.S. standards which accommodate four household bulbs E-26 Standard Base (total 800 watts max). Pair available, sold separately. Custom drop (extend or shorten from original dimension) and re-plating in different finishes upon request. A matching pair of wall sconces are available as shown in the last photo. We are the rare source that has specialized exclusively in French Art Deco for over three decades, since 1991 with restoration, repair and plaiting for any lighting period located in Long Island City, N.Y.
