Elegant French Art Nouveau three-light chandelier in brass with frosted glass shades, circa 1920.
An elegant French Art Nouveau chandelier, crafted in richly patinated brass and fitted with three frosted glass shades. Graceful lines, refined proportions, and softly diffused light define this sophisticated example of early 20th-century decorative lighting.
This French Art Nouveau chandelier, dating to circa 1920, features a finely worked brass frame with flowing, organic lines characteristic of the style. The chandelier is fitted with three frosted glass shades, which softly diffuse the light and create a warm, atmospheric glow.
The brass structure retains a beautiful aged patina and is suspended by decorative rods and chain, culminating in a matching brass ceiling canopy for a cohesive and finished appearance. A maker’s mark is present on the brass fitting, indicating workshop production.
The chandelier is fitted with three sockets for B22 light bulbs, suitable for practical modern use while maintaining its original character.
