About the Item
An exquisite French Louis XV st. fifteen light Baccarat crystal chandelier. With nine impressive double S scrolled ormolu arms opulently decorated with amethyst and clear crystal lyre and kite shaped pendants above the smoky crystal ball. At the base of the open cage is a lighted crystal parfum surrounded with three lights. Above is an ormolu spray tier adorned with more crystals and three lighted crystal daggers. The beautiful top crown is decorated with crystals above another clear crystal ball and fut and another ormolu spray tier with lyre shaped and rosette crystals. All original gilt.
