About the Item

A French Louis XVI style gilt-bronze and blown cut-glass seven-light figural chandelier in the manner of Baccarat. The elongated gilt-bronze body surmounted with acanthus and leaf decorations, with six scrolled candle-arms, each fitted with domed blown and cut-glass shades, the lower part surmounted with bearded male-masks and ending with a domed center cut-glass plafonnier with a single interior light. Circa: Paris, 1900's. Measures: Height: 33 1/2 inches (85.1 cm) Diameter: 22 1/4 inches (56.5 cm).
