About the Item
A vintage French six-light chandelier. This French chandelier from the mid-20th century of forged iron has an oblong lower beam which gives rise to six arms, three at each long side, giving the chandelier a distinctive v-shaped side profile. Each arm scrolls upward to support the ruffled iron bobeches and painted candle covers. The chandelier has a hammered metal design, with a gold finish. The chandelier is connected to the upper canopy by a chain link from each far end. This French midcentury chandelier has been rewired for the US and comes with a complimentary 3-foot chain and canopy painted to match.
