About the Item
Impressive Space Age chandeliers by renowned manufacturers Kinkeldey.
There is an element of a special model of Kinkeldey a stairwell. These candlesticks were elements among themselves mounted in series with a long chandelier chain. An imposing luminous object and a functional light source at the same time. The arms of the candelabrum go right angles from a central point from in the middle. Top of the pendulum rod protrudes to ceiling. The individual arms have a simple cylindrical shape and are chromed. Side strap are mounted running along the cylinder and enclosing the end of the bulb. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
