About the Item
A stunning 1960s Italian pendant light featuring a partially frosted round glass shade with a subtle aqua-hued rim. The Sputnik silhouette is composed of a central patinated brass stem that radiates six slender rods, effortlessly supporting the glass disk. When illuminated, the shade reflects and diffuses light beautifully, casting a warm and inviting glow. This thoughtfully designed fixture would elevate any kitchen or entryway. Sourced in Italy, 1960s.
Condition: Great overall vintage condition. Minor cracking and chipping along edges of screw holes, as shown in photos. This pendant has been professionally rewired for U.S. use and retains its original canopy. Accepts three candelabra base light bulbs.
