An exquisite French Art Deco chandelier by Verrerie Des Hanots characterized by its trapezoidal-shaped panels arranged in a captivating architectural form, is skillfully crafted within a hand-forged iron original armature. The six frosted art glass panels are adorned with stylized flowers, leafage, fruit and geometric patterns, creating a harmonious visual appeal. The hexagonal bottom coup is a delightful scene featuring stylized lovebirds or doves caught in a flight embrace, surrounded by triangular radiating forms.
The entire composition is set within the original hand hammered iron framework, which exudes both elegance and whimsy. Completing the piece are the curl arm ends and a meticulously designed matching scroll on the mount, all hand forged, adding a touch of sophistication to this artistic luminary.

- Condition:Rewired: Rewired for US specs. Nine candelabra sockets that can hold either incandescent or LED bulbs. Wear consistent with age and use. In good condition, original finish to brown/ black iron patina with slight wear and shading. Tiny imperfections on glass panels, possible air bubbles, mold marks, flea bit chips to edges, none apparent.
