About the Item
This elegant pendant / chandelier was designed by Hans-Agne Jakobsson and produced by his company in Markaryd, Sweden in the 1960s. This particular model is number T-526. The lamp consists of a brass ring with six arms, six shades and holders which have a perforated detail in a triangular shape throughout. A brass steam covered with a white wood tube. It takes six E14 screw in bulbs. Very good vintage condition. Maximum height is 110 cm, minimum is 45 cm.

Hans-Agne Jakobsson
Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer, who ran his own company from 1951. Jakobsson was especially famous for his lighting designs, which often had a softly glowing light and organic shape. His designs were inspired by great, modern Scandinavian designers such as the Finnish icon Alvar Aalto and Danish lighting master Poul Henningsen.
