Large 27.55" diameter Hans-Agne Jakobsson six-arm chandelier from brass glass, circa 1960- very good condition, marked Hans-Agne-Jakobsson, Markaryd
Mid-sized brass frame chandelier with six exceptional vase-like glass shades that are being inserted (slid into) place to cover the bulbs. The brass shows a nice golden patina, that has been preserved to prevent tarnishing. Elegant piece very good condition. Six large bulbs e27 with 60W each. We recommend Led's as the heat emission is lower which is generally better, especially for older lamps. The height we can easily adjust if requested.

Hans-Agne Jakobsson
Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer, who ran his own company from 1951. Jakobsson was especially famous for his lighting designs, which often had a softly glowing light and organic shape. His designs were inspired by great, modern Scandinavian designers such as the Finnish icon Alvar Aalto and Danish lighting master Poul Henningsen.

Very well preserved large 25.6" chandelier, handcrafted, consisting of gilded brass rings and cages encrusted with crystal glass varying in size and form.
