Rare Hans Agne Jakobsson Fringe light made with silk with a brass core. A plexiglass is used on the top of the lamp to reflect the light. This model is one of the iconic model from the fringe collection of Hans Agne Jakobsson. It's the biggest and can be used anywhere but specially on top of a dinning table. Hans Agne Jakobsson is one of the leading designer in scandinavia longside with Paavo Tynell, Axel Einar hjroth or Josef Frank. The lamp is in really good overhall vintage condition and is labeled by the editor with the model number.

Hans-Agne Jakobsson
Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer, who ran his own company from 1951. Jakobsson was especially famous for his lighting designs, which often had a softly glowing light and organic shape. His designs were inspired by great, modern Scandinavian designers such as the Finnish icon Alvar Aalto and Danish lighting master Poul Henningsen.
