About the Item
This expressive yet restrained pendant light from 1970s Italy is defined by a band of curved smoked glass encircling a four‑bulb interior. The tinted amber shade is delicately sculpted, its softened rectangular form hovering with architectural elegance. Suspended from its original patinated brass canopy and stem, the fixture strikes a harmonious balance between transparency and structure.
With its symmetrical silhouette and moody diffusion of light, the pendant recalls the refined aesthetic of Gio Ponti–era interiors while maintaining a distinctly modern edge.
Condition: Great vintage condition, with a few minor chips to the glass, as shown in photos. The brass details have a patinated finish. This pendant has been professionally rewired for U.S. use by our team of restorationists and includes the original canopy. Accepts four E12 base light bulbs.
