About the Item
A 1970s Italian pendant in blown Murano glass, suspended from its original brass canopy with adjustable tension wires. The wide, shallow dome is rendered in delicate reticello—a centuries-old glassblowing technique marked by a fine, crisscrossing mesh of white filaments. Subtly iridescent, the shade emits an ethereal glow when illuminated.
Condition: In great vintage condition, with a patinated brass finish and minor chipping to the glass near the socket. This pendant has been professionally rewired for U.S. use by our team of restorationists, with new tension cables and a white cord. Accepts one standard base light bulb.
