About the Item
Seven-light pendant lamp, likely Italian, dating from the 1960s. The lamp features seven molded plastic shades, each suspended at different heights from black cords. The shades have white upper sections with colored lower halves, creating a warm and diffused light when illuminated.
All pendants are gathered into a hexagonal teak ceiling canopy, a material reflecting Scandinavian-influenced Italian design of the period. The combination of teak and plastic is typical of mid-century production.
The lamp works well above a coffee table, dining table, or in an open stairwell, offering both ambient light and visual rhythm without feeling heavy.
