About the Item

Stylish large chandelier /ceiling lamp, model Atomic. In beautiful condition. Designed by Trix Robert Haussmann, made for Swiss Lamps, 1960/70s. Base in aluminium and white plastic. Adjustable height. In good condition, few signs of age and wear. Normal signs of age, no repairs or damages. Please feel free to contact us for additional picture or information. Trix Haussmann (Switzerland, 1933) Robert Haussmann (Switzerland, 1931) Robert learned from architecture greats Johannes Itten, Gerrit Rietveld, and Willy Guhl; Trix Haussmann studied under Valerio Olgiati and Ernst Gisel. They have created an extensive portfolio of work, both within arhictecture and furniture design. Robert was a professor of architecture at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart until 1996. She was an associate professor for architecture at the ETH Zürich until 2002.
