Elegant and finely balanced Arts
Crafts alabaster pendant, hand-carved around 1915. This large three-light fixture, measuring 19.8 inches in diameter, is crafted from a single block of fine ivory-toned alabaster.
The bowl features precise hand-carved detailing, a floral motif at the base and a geometric frieze around the rim. When lit, the alabaster emits a warm, even glow, highlighting the natural veining of the stone and creating a refined atmosphere.
Suspended from blackened iron chains with a matching canopy, the proportions are perfectly resolved, making it suitable for both classical and contemporary interiors. Ideal for use in entrance halls, stairwells, dining rooms, or curated spaces.
In excellent condition, solid and structurally sound, showing only minimal patina consistent with age.
A timeless piece that adds quiet character and natural light quality to any design project.
Mind you, this pendant is rewired to the highest standard for safe and immediate usage in the USA as well and our US clients will be able to use three regular American screwthread bulb of up to 100 watts each, easily. This light will also take LED bulbs, and thanks to the metal hook inside the height adjustable canopy, safely mounting this perfect pendant tight to your ceiling will take no more than a few minutes either and thanks to the chains we (or you) can also change the height to one that is perfect for you.
This large size and timeless alabaster chandelier truly is great value for money. Especially when taking into account that perfect packing and worldwide shipping from our store to your door in just 4 to 5 days are complimentary.
