Substantial, extra-large enamelled industrial pendant lights featuring their original brushed and lacquered steel galleries. Salvaged from a factory on the border of the former Czech Republic and Slovakia, these imposing fixtures are authentic examples of mid-20th-century Eastern European industrial design.
Used extensively throughout the Communist era, this style of lighting was engineered for durability and efficiency — illuminating vast manufacturing halls and civic buildings across the Eastern Bloc. The enamelled steel shades exhibit the subtle wear and patina expected from decades of service, adding a depth of character that speaks to their working heritage.
Now meticulously restored and rewired by Loomlight in the UK with CE-certified components, each light is ready for contemporary installation while preserving its utilitarian authenticity. Ideal for large interior spaces, restaurants, and converted industrial settings where scale and presence are key.
