Named after the Old English word lobbe—meaning spider—The Lob draws on the silent tension and strength of the arachnid form to propose a new iconography of lighting: fragmented, sprawling, and sculptural, far from the symmetry and opulence of traditional Murano heritage.
A spider descending from the ceiling, its multiple legs stretch into the surrounding space, casting light as it awaits its next prey. Slim, organic limbs float in the air, blending transparency and opacity in an unsettling yet fascinating interplay. Ersa, named after the ancient Greek goddess of morning dew, draws inspiration from that most magical moment of the day: the sunrise.
