About the Item

Classic Louis Poulsen style pendants, embodying the iconic design principles of Poul Henningsen. Each fixture features a simple, elegant domed shade of white enameled aluminum, a form that defined Danish Modernism. The design is a direct nod to Henningsen's revolutionary approach to lighting, which prioritized creating glare-free, diffuse light to shape a comfortable, human-centric environment. The domed shade is a testament to this philosophy, directing a soft and inviting glow downward. The pendants take a medium base bulb with a 100W maximum (bulb not included). In original condition with visible wear consistent with its age and use, these pieces have a lovely, time-earned patina. We currently have four in stock with more arriving in July. Other Poulsen style lighting is also available and listed separately.
