About the Item
Nice chandelier in the shape of a nave with 4 lights, with a metal frame and richly adorned with pearls, flowers, prisms, crystal drops forming the hull, the mast and the two sails of the boat. Two light-arms illuminate each side of the hull.

Biography :
Art light creator, Baguès was founded by Noël Baguès around 1840 in Auvergne. Specialized in liturgical bronzes, the company grew at the end of the 19th century and started to make lighting bronzes, thanks to the generalization of electricity. In the 1920s, Baguès created his own models in fine ironwork.

The elegant gilt metal frame is trimmed with glass leaves. There are 6 arms.
A variety of glass pieces - from the icicles to the glass sphere - which beautifully finishes the drop of this really pretty chandelier.
Rewired. The plain card candles on the bulb fittings can be replaced with 'drip effect' ones. Whichever you prefer.
