This chandelier repeats the arms construction of the other three arms chandeliers in line. The new feature is that the pivot points on the central stem are not on the same line but staggered so that the horizontal position of all 3 arms can be achieved.
When all arms are horizontal it looks like a planetario version. This does not prevent to place the arms in all other position like the Triennale chandeliers...
