About the Item
This is an absolutely fantastic white glass cased in mottled pink glass, hand blown into a gold painted wrought iron wire cage which, when lighted emits a beautiful warm glow. It would be fabulous in a bedroom, large closet or fancy bathroom but would add warmth, color and decoration to any room.
The light was made by Serguso which is still in business in Venice, Italy and retains a portion of the Made in Italy sticker. The pendant measures 16 inches high by 10 inches in diameter and the chain extends about 10 inches but can always be replaced by a more appropriate length chain. It is in good condition with the expected signs of use especially to the metal and looks to have been rewired, I have replaced the nuts that hold the top to the shade.
