About the Item
The Confetti Collection was inspired by an exuberant explosion of confetti and embodies the magical energy of fireworks and supernovas. Our Confetti Glass Chandelier includes dozens of discs — each one specifically considered, uniquely designed and individually handblown to work in unison and harmony. Fades that go from dark to light and light to dark; swirls in single, double and overlapping lines; edging and striping that is painterly and freehand. Myriad factors of color palette, transparency, opacity and pattern add to the complexity and one-of-a-kind nature of the resulting work.
The Confetti Glass Chandelier pictured includes glass discs in ultramarine, sky blue, turquoise, emerald, aqua, grey, gold, opaline, white and clear glass. Colors can be selected from existing palates, specified individually or fully customized (see images). Standard Confetti Chandelier color palates are Black
White (black, light grey, smoke, white and opaline), Ultramarine
Amber (ultramarine, turquoise, emerald, aqua, white, opaline, and amber), Topaz
Smoke (topaz, smoke, black, dove, charcoal, and opaline), and White. Please note that custom color palates are only available through the studio.

AVRAM RUSU STUDIO
Avram Rusu Studio is a multidisciplinary design studio known for distinctly sculptural work. Founded by architect Andreea Avram Rusu in 2004, the Brooklyn based company specializes in finely crafted and beautifully detailed products made in the US. The studio works closely with many New York based artists and artisans including glass blowers, ceramic artists, metal workers, machinists, finishers and wood workers. All pieces are designed, and prototyped in the Avram Rusu Brooklyn studio.
