A beautiful five-arm ceiling lamp made by VP, a Finnish lamp mid-century lamp manufacturer, from the late 1950s or early 1960s, featuring hand-made glass shades and an elegant brass structure with spring decoration. This lamp captures the warm, decorative side of Finnish mid-century lighting design, where functional forms were paired with subtle ornamentation and craftsmanship. The five opaline glass shades are delicately painted with a golden colour and have a wavy mouth mimicing a flower bud that gives the lamp a gentle sense of movement.
