Founded in September 1945 in the immediate postwar period, Bega quickly established itself as a leading force in European lighting design, accumulating 275 iF Design Awards throughout its storied history. Hand-selected and imported directly from the Netherlands, this pendant represents a defining moment in German Mid-Century lighting.
Large cylindrical milk glass shade diffuses light beautifully, creating a soft, ambient glow characteristic of postwar European design. White enameled metal hardware complements the clean lines of the glass cylinder, reflecting the functionalist approach that defined German manufacturing in the 1950s and 1960s.
