About the Item
A vibrant and rare example of mid-century lighting design by the John C. Virden Company of Cleveland, Ohio. This sculptural pendant features a saucer-shaped glass shade with alternating panels of teal, citron yellow, and soft blue over a frosted glass diffuser. A slender walnut stem and finial add warmth and contrast to the playful geometry above.
Good vintage condition, re-wiring is needed.
