This fixture requires a canopy and chain which is not included. Wear consistent with age and use. Glassblown, no part is perfect or identical. No chips, or cracks in the glass. Ships disassembled requiring 3 person assembly. Requires special handling and shipping by an experienced white glove service. Assembly instructions will be included.
