About the Item
This beautifully handcrafted mid-century cristallo Murano ceiling lamp is adorned with beautiful golden leaves. The bulbous center column and leaves utilize scroll details, while the central bowl utilizes the bullicante technique adding delightful polka dot embellishments. The glass-houses on the island of Murano are famous for highly ornamented glass chandeliers made of pincered and molded blown glass. This elegant fixture showcases a mastery of such Venetian glass craftsmanship.
The body and arms of this piece are made of clear, colorless Venetian glass enhanced with 24-carat gold leaf. The subtle glints of gold dispersed throughout mimic the look of sunbeams when lit. Otherwise, the translucent crystalline glass blends with any color palette.
This piece demonstrates a delicate design, reminiscent of golden wings or a shimmering fountain. The golden cristallo glass enchants the illusion of sunlight, elevating any interior with a touch of natural beauty.

The arms are numbered to correspond to numbered slots. No chips, or cracks in the glass. Parts are disassembled require assembly. This fixture will require special handling and shipping.
