About the Item

This beautiful handcrafted Louis Sognot style pendant was designed and manufactured in France in the 1960s. It features a large rattan lampshade, light brown silk cord and an off-white linen covered diffuser. Brass canopy. The light has been rewired with new fabric cord for use in US and any other country of the world. It requires one E27 bulb up to 60 Watt (LED recommended). Overall condition is very good with few signs of gentle use. The diffuser restored with new linen fabric. Very minor signs of use to the diffuser. This ceiling light will add a fresh Mediterranean taste to any home or beach or countryside house decoration. Diameter at the widest part is 19" (48 cm), height of shade only is 9.1" (23 cm), total height is 35.4" (90 cm) (customizable).
