About the Item
Beautiful chandelier, pendant, amber colored bubble glass design mouth-blown in a mold design by Helena Tynell for Limburg Glashutte in Germany, 1960s.
Helena Tynell is a Finnish glass and ceramics designer. She was a student at the School of the Arts in Helsinki between 1943-1946. She was one of the most influential designers in the Finnish glass company Riihimäki Lasi. Her work has been exhibited from 1954-1960 m (12 editions) at the Triennale in Milan, Zurich, Amsterdam and London. She has worked as a freelance designer for Flygsfors glassworks, BEGA Leuchten, Glashütte Limburg and Fostoria Glass. Heavy quality and in very good vintage condition. Cleaned, re-wired and ready to use We can supply, free of charge any length and color of cable. The light requires one single E27 screw fit lightbulb (60Watt max.)
