About the Item
This gorgeous and graphic modernist Sputnik chandelier was realized in Murano, Italy- the island off the coast of Venice renowned for centuries for its superlative glass production. It features an abundance of white hand blown Murano textured glass rods with bulbous ends extending from a polished brass centre. With its refined palate and clean modernist lines, this piece would be a winning addition to any style of interior from Classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. It has been newly rewired to American standards and is in excellent condition. The height can be adjusted to suit. The fixture accommodates 10 Edison based bulbs providing up to 1000 watts of light.
