Kalin Asenov designs and fabricates lighting in Savannah, GA. Asenov works with a team of artisans and manufacturers to prototype, and build all pieces in his studio. Asenov’s designs are driven by narrative; every object is an expression of a story. Ancient tradition and modern digital technology influence the design aesthetic, resulting in objects that are both practical and artistic, traditional and contemporary, personal and universal Asenov opened his studio after graduating from Savannah College of Art and Design with an MFA in furniture design in 2013 Asenov's work has been featured in publications such as Interior Design Magazine, Luxe Interiors + Design, Departures, and The Wall Street Journal, among others.
