About the Item
Pair beautiful bubble glass chandeliers or pendant lights designed by Helena Tynell for Glashütte Limburg. A design Classic, the amber colored/toned hand blown glass gives a wonderful warm glow.
Measures: Diameter 9.8 in (25 cm), height body without chain. 11.8 in (30 cm) / incl. chain and canopy 37.8 inch (96 cm). The length/color of the cable can be altered/changed for your needs for free. We can deliver more colors of cable and also brass ceiling cups.
Helena Tynell is a finish glass and ceramics designer. She was a student at the School of the Arts in Helsinki between 1943-1946. She was one of the most influential designers in the finish glass company Riihimäki Lasi. Her work has been exhibited from 1954-1960 m (12 editions) at the Triennale in Milan, Zurich, Amsterdam and London. She has worked as a freelance designer for Flygsfors glassworks, BEGA Leuchten, Glashütte Limburg and Fostoria glass.
