About the Item

A pair of ceiling chandeliers by Harald Notini, model 6237, produced by Arvid Böhlmarks Lampfabrik, Sweden, 1920s. Executed in the Swedish Grace style, the matte nickel-plated brass frames feature baluster form central columns surmounted by plume like finials. Each chandelier is fitted with six gracefully pivoted arms terminating in bowed cups with clear hand blown glass bobeches, crowned with elegant crystal prisms and completed with trailing orbs. The model is listed as a novelty in Böhlmarks Elektrisk Belysningsarmatur, Nyheter 1926, Pl. 89. Price includes 4 candelabra base UL sockets for each fixture. Maximum watt 60W per socket. Height can be reduced to a maximum 27 inches.
