About the Item

A striking and extremely elegant pair of Italian 19th century Genovese st. giltwood and crystal chandeliers. Each eight arm chandelier is centered by a finely cut crystal ball pendant tied at a fluted topie shaped giltwood finial and centered by beautiful prism shaped crystal pendants. Each of the elegantly curved arms is adorned with unique and most charming crystal pendants in the shape of grape clusters with additional crystals, beautiful swaging garlands, and exceptional red beaded wreaths below the foliate bobeches. The remarkable reeded baluster shaped giltwood central fut is centered by eight swaging crystal garlands connected at the candle cups and leading up to the stunning top sprays with additional crystals mist decorative crystal pendants.
