Pair of Louis XV Style French Brass and Fine Cut Crystal Wall Lights, Mid-20th Century A highly decorative pair of fully dressed five-arm wall appliqués in the Louis XV style, French, circa 1950s. Crafted in gilt brass with shaped backplates and elegant scrolled arms, each fitting is generously adorned with fine quality cut crystal drops — including icicle prisms, faceted roundels, and large scalloped plaques — all of good clarity and finish. The arms support faux candle sleeves with traditional wax-effect detailing. The composition is rich and symmetrical, designed to reflect and refract light across a full cascade of drops. A refined and beautifully made pair, ideal for an opulent interior scheme or classical decorative setting. Dimensions (each): Height: 49 cm Width: 41 cm Depth (Protrusion): 26 cm Condition: Very good overall. Light surface patina to the brass. Minor nibbles to some of the crystal drops but no significant losses.
