About the Item
One of two available of this unique and beautiful Italian 1970s gold on brass and crystal cube shape chandelier attributed to Sciolari of Italy. Second chandelier is listing reference LU1029224067862. The four sides and bottom of the chandelier are panels of individual squares housing a single round crystal disk. Each square is connected by a small round ring to create a grid pattern. The cage design of the shade is suspended around an interior disk with 8 candelabra sockets by four arms. The shade gives the impression of floating around the lights. The cube body of the light hangs from the ceiling by a central rod finishing at the top with the original matching ceiling canopy. Body of shade measures 14" square and 10" high. With rod total height is 32 inches. This has a little longer rod than the second chandelier listed. Located in The Showplace Antique + Design Center, 40 West 25th St., NYC, NY, 10010.
