About the Item
Suspension chandelier mod. 1050 by Pia Guidetti Crippa for Lumi, 1970s, made of brushed steel and opaline glass.
It consists of 8 lights with opaline verto diffusers, with corresponding support circles, which can be changed in position depending on the type of design you want to give the chandelier.
Elegant and refined, it gives a special light to the room and, with its grandeur, makes it unique, although it remains simple and essential.
Then again, Pia Guidetti Crippa graduated in set design from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan in 1967, and has worked with the Milan-based company Lumi for more than 30 years, combining craftsmanship with a desire for innovation.
His lamps, often referred to as "luminous objects" for their scenic qualities combined with functionality, are recognizable by their essential, rounded lines.
