About the Item
An extraordinary run of oversized large heavy duty cast iron flame proof pendants by Revo Electric Co of Tipton, Great Britain circa 1940.
The pendants were recovered from an old Boots factory in Nottingham that was demolished in the 1980's and saved by one of the demolition crew since.
The salvaged lights were in bad shape when we got them into the Industrial Glow workshop with all fixings seized and many layers of old pain, we decided to take the light back to the original base metal so they have been fully stripped and shot blasted to emphasis the original cast markings.
Given the heavy industrial design and overall size of the lights we decided to apply our unique rusted finish to the lights to bring an element of warmth and softer overall look.
These industrial pendant lights are a real statement piece and will work with many interior styles both in commercial and residential settings looking for an imposing original light fitting.

When renovating our original reclaimed lighting all existing electrical parts are removed and renewed with modern electrical components.
All components used are CE certified and our lights are wired
tested in line with BSEN Standards.
As standard our lights come with 1m of our premium fabric three core cable to a colour of your choice unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Generally, ES or BS lamp holders are used unless otherwise stated and are fully compatible with main dimmers and modern LED filament bulbs.
Our lights can be wired to bespoke specifications, longer lengths, different cable types and compatibility with specialist dimming systems such as DALI can all be accommodated.
Lights supplied to U.S.A and Canada are installed using UL Certified cable and lamp holders. As standard we supply round black fabric cable and E26 holders. Please note that although we use UL certified components our original reclaimed lights do not come with UL certification.
Due to the antique nature of our original vintage lights, we cannot offer an official IP rating and cannot guarantee our lights for external use.
