About the Item

The chandelier consists of a red wooden stem with relief gilded acanthus leaf carvings and six iron and sheet metal arms with gilded decorations, in the Baroque style. A derivation from the Roman or southern Italian area and a date between the 17th and 18th centuries are assumed.
