About the Item
These small circular prismatic glass ceiling pendant lights offer a refined industrial character and are particularly effective when installed in multiples to create a striking yet understated lighting feature. Their compact proportions make them ideally suited for hanging over kitchen islands, bars and countertops, as well as over dining tables or along corridors and passageways where a softer, more architectural light is required without visual clutter.
Originally salvaged from the General Electric Company (G.E.C.) in the United Kingdom, these pendants retain a strong sense of British industrial heritage. The prismatic glass lenses were never previously installed or used, remaining in exceptional original condition. The ribbed glass design is engineered to refract and diffuse light efficiently, producing a bright, functional illumination with subtle visual depth.
Each pendant has been carefully converted for contemporary use and finished with a warm brass lampholder that complements the clarity of the glass. A braided fabric cable completes the look, balancing industrial utility with refined detailing. Suitable for both residential and commercial interiors, these lights work equally well in modern, minimalist spaces or period settings seeking authentic industrial accents.
Fitted with either an E26 or E27 lampholder and fully compatible with LED bulbs, each pendant is ready for installation and daily use.
