About the Item

This beatiful and elegant 4-light small chandelier was made in Murano, Italy, around the 1950s. It is handcrafted of glass in a transparent, crimson and iridescent color. The transparent and crimson glass parts have gold leaf inclusions. The 4 iridescent glass lampshades are blown and ground (very few defects not visible once mounted). All metal parts are in gilded brass: some have normal oxidations of time. Despite its age and fragility, the chandelier remains in very good vintage condition: Few small defect at the base on one shade such as slight chipping, not visible once mounted.
