Handcarved pine wood ring ceiling light fixture with amber glass globe lampshade. Spain, 1940-1950. This ceiling light pendant lamp has an eye-catching construction. The ring backplate in carved wood holds an amber glass globe shaped lampshade at the central part. It is suspended from three chains with a wooden canopy on the top. The wood structure is richly adorned by carved and scalloped details thorough. This ceiling pendant will add an spanish colonial accent to any room or entry hall in any rustic, classical or countryside house decoration. Minor wear commensurate with age and use. Very good vintage condition and nice original patina. Newly wired. Rare find.
