About the Item
Impressive 1970s striped Murano art glass ceiling light attributed to AV Mazzega. The shape is known as Fazzoletto due to its resemblance to a large handkerchief that seems to have been thrown over a light bulb with a soft sway like a summer dress caught in a light breeze. A stunning piece of true Italian artistry with the use of thick Murano glass in cream white and honey yellow stripes with small decorative air bubbles all over. Shiny golden metal mount, chains of small metal pearls and polished canopy. Fitting for E27 bulb.
Excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
