About the Item
A late 20th century French wrought iron lantern pendant, its frame finished in a deep verdigris. The body is composed of interlocking scrolls, hand-hammered and riveted, with each joint clasped by small gilt brackets. Petal-like finials taper beneath, echoing the rhythm of the scrolling ironwork.
Suspended from a chain, the lantern casts a warm, dappled light—ideal for an entryway, stairwell, or intimate dining setting.
Sold and priced individually.
Condition: Great vintage condition, with a patina throughout. This lantern has been professionally rewired by our team of restorationists with a new socket and canopy. Accepts one E12 light bulb.
