About the Item
Large (24.5 inch diameter) 1970s Italian Mid-Century Organic Modern floral pendant light by La Murrina from Murano.
Formed from one large thick sheet of hand made blow transparent glass, with a gorgeous amber tint. The sheet of glass swoops and undulates into an beautiful bell flower shape.
The tinted transparent glass is framed by a continuous bead of white glass contouring the outer edge of the.
The lamp has matching amber colored metal fittings, including canopy and a wire pendant cable that can be adjusted to the desired hanging depth from the ceiling.
Photographed with an oversize novelty light bulb with golden tint.
Designed and hand made by renowned Murano glassworks, La Murrina in Italy.
The lamp must be hard wired. It is designed as a pendant but could also work as a flush mount. The original wiring is suitable for European Union as well as US standards. We are available to re-wire on request to your desired cable color. The mechanism supports one standard E27 light bulb.
