Rarely seen Hans-Agne Jakobsson (1919-2009) floor lamp from the 1960s.
Two items available.
Wooden stem covered with neatly layered thin rope from base to top. Original lamp shade of matching layered thin rope molded in a soft shape fitting perfectly over the shade holder. Pine wood base and top under the shade holder. Designed for Jakobsson's own company Ellysett Markaryd. Original label under base.

Hans-Agne Jakobsson
Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer, who ran his own company from 1951. Jakobsson was especially famous for his lighting designs, which often had a softly glowing light and organic shape. His designs were inspired by great, modern Scandinavian designers such as the Finnish icon Alvar Aalto and Danish lighting master Poul Henningsen.
