About the Item

A French floor lamp from the 1940s, wrought in hand-forged iron and finished in a soft verdigris patina. The slender stem is bound with twisted rope detailing and gathered at the collar in scrolling volutes. Its tripod base unfurls in sweeping loops. Topped with a newly sourced shade, the lamp casts a warm, atmospheric glow when lit. Condition: Great vintage condition with areas of patina, oxidation, and surface losses to the verdigris finish, consistent with the lamp’s age. This lamp has been professionally rewired by our team of restorationists. Accepts one E26 base light bulb. The shade was newly sourced and is included.
