About the Item

Manufactured in 1985 by the plant with a charmingly sounding name ZALIMP, or "Zaklady Aparatury Elektromedycznej i Precyzyjnej w Warszawie". As you can see what, what, but the precision of doing this miracle can not be denied. The lamp has been completely renovated. We have replaced the electrician from the old one to the older one, tfuuu ... to a completely new and surprisingly working one. We replaced the old varnish with a new one in period colors. The principle of operation of this precise device is as simple as the construction of a flail. Almost. It rises and lowers on the shoulder which is locked with a black notched handle (photo). Absolutely intuitive operation, as in the case of doctors. The lamp is massive and really heavy (29 kg), the same lampshade with the arm on which it is embedded. Perhaps that is why the whole mechanism for adjusting its height is hung on a steel cord. Despite its dimensions and weight, once the lamp is in place, it can be easily turned on any possible sides. The diffuser has a sheaf adjustment of the outgoing light. It is the hand-held slider located near the outlet. The principle is very similar to the operation of the aperture in photo cameras. The system of flakes overlapping with each other, narrowing or expanding the diameter of the sheaf of light coming out of the lampshade. The lamp with its size, unique shape and perfect condition gives you an endless opportunity to arrange a room in any style. Not only in loft spaces.
